the Garrard County Migrant Education Program desperately needs help re-building its adult ESL classes. Currently there is one evening volunteer-led class, but it’s about to end because that volunteer is moving out of town. Some SPA students might be going to do their service project there, but the site could use something more longterm—like Bonners writing grants and organizing a sustainable volunteer base.
