The Hope Clinic & Pharmacy is a partnership of Ephraim McDowell Health, Heart of Kentucky United Way, the Salvation Army and the Boyle County Health Department. 

Clinic services are provided each Monday and Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Boyle County Health Department, located at  

Pharmacy services are provided from the Outpatient Pharmacy located on the ground floor at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.

Volunteers will assist in taking health histories and basic vital signs of patients, as well as anything that will assist with the day-to-day operation of the Clinic.

The Hope Clinic & Pharmacy serves individuals residing in Boyle, Casey, Garrard, Lincoln, Mercer and Washington counties who have the following chronic illnesses:

High blood pressure

High cholesterol

Type II diabetes

Obesity

GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease)

Individuals will be seen at the clinic by appointment only.  Walk-ins are not accepted.

The Hope Clinic’s volunteer medical director is James D. Duncan, M.D. 

Services are provided by Audrey Darville, A.R.N.P., a certified family nurse practitioner, and other volunteer professionals.
